I fell in love with fitness and living a healthy lifestyle after surviving cancer. I gained a lot of weight after having multiple surgeries and had no one to help me figure out what to do or what to expect moving forward. In the beginning I tried everything you can imagine, nothing would work I even thought about surgery, but I was so scared after having so many previous surgeries that I gave up on that option. I then decided it was time to make serious life adjustments and that meant eating differently as well as cutting out drinking. My issues have always been snacking trust me that’s the hardest thing to let go of, but it made the biggest impact. I was 165 at my biggest and I felt so lost and confused I couldn’t even recognize myself. It took me about a year and so far, I have lost 30 pounds and I don’t plan on stopping I just want to feel healthier. I decided two months ago it was time for me to help other and open a gym so I can share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better stronger version of their selves I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for family.
